TESO Architects Inc. <\/strong> is an architectural practice founded in 2014 by Timothy Oh who has over 25 years of professional experience. The design practice is a Greater Los Angeles\/Inland Empire & Orange County-based firm that specializes in Educational\/Institutional and Residential projects. Every design project presents an opportunity for synergy between a group of thinkers, designers, engineers, city officials, and project managers who represent clients to influence the shape and content of each building sited in the context of a greater educational campus and residential community. Each design building has a unique built-form identity that is the culmination of the design process based on rigorous research, design principle ideas, an ideal realm between form and function, and the physical & social framework of our society.<\/p>\n

In pursuit of design excellence, TESO Architects defines every project challenge which may be a physical constraint, economic restriction, cultural\/social concern, technical\/constructability limitation, environmental issue, or code-related regulation that must be carefully considered with an analytical thinking approach in an interdisciplinary collaboration between architecture and engineering. The practice strives to engage in creative\/innovative design solution based dialogue holistically with project stakeholders to transform the built environment and society affected by architecture.<\/p>\n

The practice portfolio represents a diverse body of project typologies including educational, institutional, residential, commercial, mixed-use, design competition, master planning, and furniture & lighting design by the firm founder who has been either a project designer or design lead at previous prestigious architecture firms. The project experience and scale include from small-scale single-family residential to large-scale masterplan in the US, Asia, and Europe.<\/p>\n

The Practice provides Feasibility Studies\/Concept Design, Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Administration Services for clients from Educational\/Institutional, Residential, Commercial, and other market sectors.<\/p>\n
